No table service, no reservations, no candles. Eight stools, one very loud griddle and a counter you can lean on while you wait.
Order at the counter, watch it hit the steel, take it to one of eight stools or straight out the door.
Bring a group and we'll run the party pack; bring one friend and we'll still cut the bites in half so nobody has to negotiate. Everything is made when you order it, so the queue at seven on a Friday is real — that's the trade.
Catering, party packs and anything over forty bites: give us a day's notice and it'll be stacked and waiting. Trays travel better than you'd think, and the paper does the work.
